Monday looks inside ... the rabbit hole

And ever, as the story drained the wells of fancy dry, ... Thus grew the tale of Wonderland...

Lewis Carroll wrote Alice's Adventures in Wonderland in 1865 and we are still following Alice down the rabbit hole to this day. Here are some of my favourite Alice moments and some Im looking forward to.

A few months ago Empire magazine ran an article on the characters in the upcoming Tim Burton film, Alice in Wonderland. If the photographs are anything to go by the film will be a riot of fantasy and colour as it delves into the fairytale.




 Jewellery designer Alidra Alic's latest collection is also inspired by the fairytale. Some pieces are pure flights of fancy while others you might actually wear. But they all have that ethereal other worldly quality to them

Another designer to draw inspiration from Carroll's tale is Sebastian Bergne



 His 'Looking Glass' top standing decanter was created for the 'Through the looking glass' exhibition at Vendome luxury live.
You can buy it here for £250 (about 280 euro at the moment)
